The AIO-5 Play for BMW is specifically designed for motorcycles equipped with BMW's Nav Prep system. It connects directly to the Nav Prep and is powered by your BMW motorcycle's electrical system.

Note: The AIO-5 Play for BMW is only compatible with Nav5/6 and does not support Nav4.

Yes, you can quickly swap the AIO-5 Play for BMW between multiple BMW motorcycles, as long as each bike is compatible with the device. Simply unplug it from one motorcycle and plug it into another compatible BMW model.

Note: The AIO-5 Play for BMW is designed exclusively for BMW motorcycles. It is not compatible with non-BMW motorcycles.

Please note that the AIO-5 Play for BMW is designed for direct installation on BMW Navigation Preparation (Nav Prep) systems. It draws power directly from the BMW Nav Prep, ensuring seamless integration and a consistent power supply.

Therefore, the AIO-5 Play for BMW does not have a battery and cannot be charged separately.

Adding additional cameras to the AIO-5 Play for BMW is not possible.

Here's why:
Power Limitations: When connected to the BMW Nav Prep, the device is powered by the BMW cradle. This supplied power is sufficient for the display but not enough to support two additional cameras.

Design Limitations: Adding cameras would require additional cables running from the screen to the camera locations, which would compromise the quick-release design that is a key feature of our product.

The AIO-5 Play for BMW offers full compatibility with the genuine Garmin AMPS Rugged Mount, ensuring all functionalities. Third-party mounts may not support all features if they do not adhere to the genuine BMW Navigation Preparation interface system protocols.

CHIGEE can remember previously connected mobile devices. Once you've activated and connected your phone for the first time, CHIGEE will automatically try to find your phone's CarPlay or Android Auto when powered on (assuming your phone's Bluetooth & Wi-Fi are enabled).

We've extensively tested CHIGEE with both the Google Play Store and the App Store to ensure compatibility with the most popular and widely used navigation apps. To confirm, you can check the list of top navigation apps that have been tested on this page.

CHIGEE works by mirroring mobile apps through CarPlay or Android Auto. In theory, any navigation software that supports CarPlay or Android Auto should be fully compatible with CHIGEE.

Cannot activate Android Auto voice assistant via Bluetooth headset on Chigee screen.

To use the voice assistant, please tap the voice button on the screen.

CHIGEE does not create a direct Bluetooth connection with motorcycle headset devices. Instead, it works by having your Bluetooth headset paired with your smartphone first, and then the smartphone sends audio to CHIGEE.
CHIGEE is compatible with all Bluetooth headsets, as long as the headset can successfully connect to your smartphone. However, please note that CHIGEE only supports one simultaneous headset connection at a time.

Please ensure your gloves are touchscreen-compatible. We recommend gloves with rubberized fingertips or gloves specifically designed for touchscreens. Fabric gloves may not work reliably with the display.
