To enable 4G features on the AIO-6 LTE, you will need to insert a SIM card into the device.

CHIGEE provides SIM cards for the listed countries/regions — most are free, but Canada and UAE will incur a fee. If your country is not on the list, you will need to purchase your own local SIM card.

Each CHIGEE SIM comes with 2GB of data, valid for 180 days from activation. When using a CHIGEE SIM, there are no monthly fees — you simply pay for data top-ups via the CHIGEE GO app.

To simplify delivery, the SIM card will be automatically matched to your shipping address— we will not contact you separately to confirm. If you require a SIM card for a country different from your shipping address, please contact us in advance.

Want to use your own SIM card? No problem — but please note:

After the initial 6 months, to keep 4G features active, a cloud service fee will apply: $30 for 180 days or $50 for 365 days.
If the service fee is not paid, 4G features will be deactivated, but other non-4G functionalities will continue to work normally.

⚠️Important: Even for OTA updates, we strongly recommend using a U3 rated SD card. Lower quality or slower cards may cause upgrade failures or trigger "Insufficient Read/Write Speed" warnings.

CHIGEE can remember previously connected mobile devices. Once you've activated and connected your phone for the first time, CHIGEE will automatically attempt to find your phone's CarPlay or Android Auto upon powering on (assuming your phone's Bluetooth & Wi-Fi are enabled).

We've extensively tested CHIGEE against both the Google Play Store and the App Store to ensure compatibility with the most popular and widely used navigation applications. For verification, you can check the list of the top ten tested navigation applications on this page.

CHIGEE operates by mirroring mobile apps via CarPlay or Android Auto. In theory, any navigation software that supports CarPlay or Android Auto should be fully compatible with CHIGEE.

When mirroring your phone's map to CHIGEE, a data network is not required if offline maps are loaded on your phone. Just ensure your map app supports CarPlay or Android Auto. The GPS signal will always come from your phone, whether you are using online or offline maps, and is independent of the CHIGEE device's GPS.

No, CHIGEE doesn't have pre-installed apps. It works by mirroring content from your phone to the CHIGEE screen via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, primarily using CarPlay or Android Auto. Theoretically, if an app on your phone supports CarPlay or Android Auto, you can use it on the device.

CHIGEE does not create a direct Bluetooth connection with motorcycle headset devices. Instead, it works by having your Bluetooth headset paired with your smartphone first, and then the smartphone sends audio to CHIGEE.
CHIGEE is compatible with all Bluetooth headsets, as long as the headset can successfully connect to your smartphone. However, please note that CHIGEE only supports one simultaneous headset connection at a time.
